As board founder and forum moderator it is YOUR responsibility to manage expecations and set fourth a good example. To that point, do you think your choice in words is acceptable?
Using words like "bad" and "saturn" does not reflect well on your or this board!

| 123mph in the 1/4??? Dude, just get a better hook and you will be in the 11's. I ran an 11.5 at 121mph. I mean, keep tuning by all means, but as far as 11's go, you are already there if you can get better traction, Although 1.8 60' is pretty alright for a wrong wheel drive car.

I got your datalog this morning and took a look.
Does this happen every time? There doesn't seen to be any particular trigger. That suggests to me that maybe there is a temperature or time triggered device that results in more air around the butterfly. Idle also seems to be really rich.
I can't think of anything else that might cause the problem without seeing your program. _________________ Jon

yeah, i does it everytime, the Idle air is completely disabled and blocked off, and the only way air gets in is the butterfly,
interesting you mentioned the temp trigger device, i've had this thing tuned for alaska and upper michigan, its never seen steady starting temps above the 70's, but once again, everyone of these problems started happening after is swapped clutches, which puzzles the hell out of me,
im just gonna create another full blown binfile/tooning session and will report my results, thanks for takin a look there Jon! _________________ 97' Saturn SC2-Turbo

Yes, send me a copy of your bin too.
Questions on the data file:
1. Why is your AFR so high? Running at 20.X:1 at idle? Did you notice when your idle jumps to 38xx your AFR's drop to 14.X:1. Not sure what it means but they seem connected.
2. Are you using IAC? Why the surging before and after elevated idle?
3. Was the car fully warm at this point? Based on CLT it is only at 40C but if the engine was fully warmed you CLT is reporting incorrectly.
4. What was ambient temperature the day this log was made?
5. Why does your MAP read 120kPa before start? Do you live well below sea level?
No answers yet.. but perhaps if we answer enough of the right questions we will get to the bottom of it.
