You are very proud of that manifold Laughing Looks very nice though! Quality craftsmanship.

Can I ask why your manifold to head flange is all one piece? It seems thermal expansion of the manifold will cause the head flange to warp as it heats up. Also, you can see on the fourth to last picture of the manifold that the head flange is warped from fabrication. This is very hard to overcome while welding. Especially on such a long head flange. If the manifold head flange were sectioned between each runner/port, it would allow for two things. 1. The manifold head flange could expand accordingly to the amount of heat each runner is seeing. 2. It would aid in the head flange seating flat against the head when you torque it down. If it is all one piece, it is harder for that to happen. Just a thought.

If you made it all one piece for a reason, I would love to hear the reason. I know a lot of stuff, but I'll be damned if I know everything LOL.

If I had to guess, I would say it is probably in the cockpit. He is most likely using the OEM coil packs. Right?

actually in the pic your referring its from camera distortion of a 20mm lens. i did another shot with a straight edge on it to prove it was flat..
