on my tec-2 when i'm watching in the engine monitor on my computer, the map vaue is off with about 40kpa to much (reads 124kpa with engine off) not a big issue but boring. any ideas??

Have you tried a different map sensor yet?

Which MAP sensor are you using? The TEC2's scaling is not quite right, at least on the GM 3 bar sensor. It won't hurt anything, but it is a bit annoying.

The scaling for the mapsensor in the tec2 is off by about 20kpa.
This is something you just have to live with.
