hi, first got to say i'm from sweden so my english is a bit crapy..

to my problem. when i'm logging everything works but the MAP, it shows abuot 20kpa-->40kpa and goes the wrong way.(more boost-less value).
i use a 3bar map sensor.

the map works when i'm wathing the computerscreen.

i use the age-old PAFG program.

any ideas? i hope you all can cope with my tries to write..

I can't remember - did the PAFG program have the TPS blend feature? If it did not, then as I recall there was a MAP calibration factor that needed to be set on the earlier software versions. I think there was an autocal feature for it - have you set this variable?

pafg doesn't use tps blend. the only thing i can find is the map offset and that is if i got it right if you go up a mountain or so..

think it's cind a weird that it works in the "engine monitor" mode but not in loggin.

maybe time to uppgrade to newer prom??

nice that people with skills help us/me that's workin up our skills..

That was what I thought. The value used for the MAP offset is literally the raw data value that corresponds to zero vacuum. I was never sure exactly what they did with this value, but it's not hard to imagine what might happen if they were using it to calculate relative pressure instead of absolute, and it was set to the wrong value. Do you have a value programmed in for that? Also, what is the range of your MAP sensor?

i use a 3bar sensor and have set it to 3bar in the advanced table.

the map offset value is set to 0. i didn't change that because it said in the the manual that it should only be used if you go so high up in altitude so the air get thinner or something like that.
